Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council⁶ applies to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies. Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 should be brough into alignment with the amendments to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 introduced by this Regulation.
