To ensure that incident reporting is carried out via the national entry point Directive (EU) 2022/2555, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Regulation (EU) 2022/2554, Regulation (EU) 910/2014, and Directive (EU) 2022/2557 should therefore be amended accordingly. The national entry point should start being used for the purpose of reporting under those acts within 30 months from the entry into force of this Regulation. Any new amendment to other Union legal acts or new proposals for Union legal acts should establish the date when national entry point should be used for reporting incidents or related events.
