Recital 55

Under the relevant Union legal acts, certain incident-specific information is to be shared at a subsequent stage between competent authorities to facilitate effective oversight and coordination. Therefore it is important to ensure that appropriate data flows between authorities are enabled in a secure, timely, and efficient manner, while remaining under the control of Member States, should the Member States decide to make use of this additional feature.
