The lists, the template and methodology established by the Board and referred to in paragraph 6a of Article 35 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 should apply to the processing of personal data under this Regulation.

9. Article 39 is amended as follows: (a) Paragraph 4 is replaced by the following: ‘4. The lists, the template and methodology established by the Board and referred to in paragraph 6a of Article 35 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 should apply to the processing of personal data under this Regulation.’ (b) Paragraphs 5 and 6 are deleted.
