(a) recognised data intermediation services providers authorised to provide data intermediation services in the Union; and
Justification
This amendment strengthens the legal clarity and credibility of the Union register by clarifying that listed data intermediation service providers are authorised to operate within the Union framework. This contributes to greater transparency, accountability and trust in data-sharing services.
