PublicWithout prejudice to articles 38 and 39, public sector bodies shall ensure that applicants for re-use of data or documents are informed of available means of redress relating to decisions or practices affecting them. Any decision on re-use shall contain a reference to the means of redress where the applicant wishes to challenge the decision.Justification
