1. Regulation 2019/1150/EU is repealed with effect from [date = entry into application of this Regulation].
Justification

The full repeal of the P2B, even with a sunset clause, leaves gaps for protecting business users (SMEs). Instead the Commission should do an impact assessment analysing the exact overlaps with other laws such as the e-commerce Directive, DSA and DMA rather than repealing it in full in this omnibus.

2. By way of derogation from paragraph 1, the following provisions shall continue to apply until 31 December 2032: (a) Article 2, point (1); (b) Article 2, point (2); (c) Article 2, point (5); (d) Article 4; (e) Article 11; (f) Article 15.
