Commission proposal

In the exceptional event that a technical impossibility prevents the submission of incident notifications using the single-entry point, entities should fulfil their reporting obligations through alternative means. For that purpose, addressees of incident notifications under the relevant Union legal acts should ensure that they can receive such incident notifications through alternative means and should make information about that alternative means publicly available.
