Where a Union legal act is not fully harmonized regarding the type of information and the format of notifications, Member States should inform ENISA about their national provisions.

(53) To ensure that the single-entry point enables the relevant entities to submit the type of information and the format required under the relevant Union legal acts, ENISA should consult the Commission and the competent authorities under those acts. Where a Union legal act is not fully harmonized regarding the type of information and the format of notifications, Member States should inform ENISA about their national provisions. Accordingly, ENISA, in cooperation with the Commission and the competent authorities, should establish a common framework for the type of information and the format of notifications, including technical guidelines, interfaces and transmission channels, reporting deadlines and update mechanisms.
