Article 11 Final provisions This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Deviating from paragraph 3, Article 5(2) shall enter into application 6 months after the publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Article 3(8), points (a) to (c), Articles 6 (2) and (3) and 7 to 9, shall enter into application 18 months from the entry into force of this Regulation. Deviating from the first sentence, where the Commission finds in its assessment pursuant to Article 23a (7) of Directive (EU) 2022/2555 that the single-entry point does not ensure the proper functioning, reliability, integrity or confidentiality, the obligations to report via the single-entry point set out in Article 23(4) of Directive (EU) 2022/2555, Article 19a (1a), Article 24 (2a) and Article 45a (3a) of Regulation (EU) 910/2014, Article 33 (1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Article 19 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2554, and Article 15(1) of Directive (EU) 2022/2557 shall enter into application 24 months from the entry into force of this Regulation.
