Article 23d
Cross-border incident notification
- 1.
Member States should aim at facilitating cross-border notifications between national entry points, where incidents have cross-border impacts.
- 2.
ENISA shall, in cooperation with the CSIRTs network, the Cooperation Group and competent authorities under the relevant Union legal acts, as well as with other relevant bodies or groups established at Union level under relevant Union legal acts, harmonise its relevant tools with national incident notification templates and facilitate an automatisation process to exchange information about cross-border impacts.

Member States shall retain control over the scope of information shared and any access to such information.
