(aa) A new Article 9(1) is added
Wording it would add
Processing of personal data for the purpose of directly revealing a specific data subject’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, his or her health status or sex life or sexual orientation and the processing of genetic data or of biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person shall be prohibited.

No Council text amends Article 9(1).
