Competent authorities for the registration of data intermediation services providers and data altruism organisations
- 1.
Each Member State shall designate one or more competent authorities responsible for the application and enforcement of this Chapter in accordance with Article 37(1).
- 2.
The competent authorities shall be set up in a manner so that their independence from any recognised data intermediation services provider or recognised data altruism organisation is guaranteed.
