September Presidency compromise

The development and operation of national entry points may involve important costs for Member States, particularly where national reporting systems need to be built or existing ones need to be adapted. Further costs might be related to ensuring their cross-border interoperability. It is therefore important that, where applicable and foreseen in the relevant instruments, such activities are financially supported through relevant Union funding instruments, such as the Digital Europe Programme, the European Structural and Investment Funds and other relevant Union funding programmes.
